Kj9 Terms & Conditions – What You Need to Know Before You Start

1General Introduction

Kj9 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and Sports Betting service operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between kj9 and every member ("you" or "user") who uses the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions apply automatically whenever you create an account, log in, place bets, or use any service on kj9. Please read the entire document carefully before registering.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English for the convenience of our users. In the event of any interpretive dispute, kj9's own interpretation shall be considered final.

2Account Registration & Verification

Accurate and complete information is required to open an account on kj9. Providing false information is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure upon detection.

• Each person may hold only one account. Multiple accounts using the same mobile number, NID, or device are not permitted.
• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be active and belong to you.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. This requires a clear photo of your National ID or passport, along with a selfie.
• Keep your account password confidential. Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• If requested verification documents are not submitted within 7 days, your account may be temporarily suspended.

3Age Requirement & Eligibility

All kj9 services are strictly for users aged 18 and above. Minors are not permitted to use this platform under any circumstances.

• By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
• If age cannot be verified, the account will be cancelled and the balance will not be refunded.
• If a minor fraudulently creates an account, all transactions associated with that account will be considered void.
• Please ensure that underage members of your household cannot access kj9 through your device.

4Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits and withdrawals on kj9 are available via Bkash, Nagad, and Rocket. Each method has its own minimum and maximum limits, which can be viewed by logging into the platform.

• Deposits are credited to your account instantly in most cases. If there is a delay, please contact support.
• Withdrawals may take up to 24 hours to process, though most are completed within 15–30 minutes.
• The payment method used for withdrawals must be registered in your name.
• Withdrawals above a certain limit will not be processed until KYC verification is completed.
• Kj9 reserves the right to hold and review withdrawals if any suspicious transactions are detected.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. The account name and payment method name must match.

5Betting Rules & Conditions

Before placing any bets on kj9, read the specific rules for each game or match. All betting decisions are your own and should never be made under pressure.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Kj9 will not be held responsible for bets lost due to internet disconnection or other technical issues.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded or settled in accordance with the applicable rules.
• Kj9 reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds displayed due to a technical error.
• Live odds in Sports Betting change in real time. The odds displayed at the moment a bet is placed are final.

6Bonus & Promotion Terms

Kj9 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the offer page.

• The welcome bonus is available to first-time registrants only. Re-registering under a new account to claim it again is not allowed.
• To use a bonus, you must meet a wagering requirement – typically 15–30x the bonus amount.
• Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• If bonus abuse is suspected — such as attempting to meet wagering requirements through many small bets — kj9 reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• To receive a referral bonus, the referred friend must complete verification and make a minimum deposit.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kj9. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balance.

• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets.
• Exploiting any system bug or error to gain an undue advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Rude, abusive, or threatening behaviour toward kj9 staff.
• Attempting to interfere with or circumvent the platform's security systems.

8Account Suspension & Closure

Kj9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Users may also request account closure themselves.

• To close your account, submit a request via the Support chat. Please complete any pending withdrawals beforehand.
• A self-exclusion option is available for responsible gaming. When used, the account will be locked for a specified period.
• Account balances are generally not refunded when an account is closed due to prohibited activity.
• An inactivity fee may be applied to accounts that have been dormant for an extended period (12 months).

9Limitation of Liability

Kj9 is an entertainment platform. Users bear full responsibility for any financial losses from betting. Under no circumstances is kj9 liable for a user's betting losses.

• Kj9 is not responsible for lost bets resulting from internet connectivity issues, device failure, or any other technical problems on the user's end.
• Kj9 is not liable for service disruptions caused by third-party server issues, though every effort will be made to resolve them promptly.
• Kj9 is not liable for any loss resulting from a user carelessly sharing their account credentials.

10Dispute Resolution

For any complaints or disputes, contact kj9's support team first. Most issues are resolved within 24–48 hours.

• If a complaint is not resolved within 30 days of submission, a formal dispute resolution process may be initiated.
• In the event of any dispute over betting results, kj9's server logs will serve as the final and conclusive evidence.
